LOCK HAVEN – For almost two weeks, the Lock Haven University football team has been hard at work on the field, but it didn’t stop head coach Dave Taynor and his squad from taking a break to help out the local community that means so much to the LHU football program.

The Bald Eagles’ 2016 projected offensive and defensive starters volunteered their time this week with Jo Ann Bowes, President of the Heisey Museum in Lock Haven. The players set up tents, tables and moved boxes for the Clinton County Historical Society’s upcoming yard sale slatted to take place during the Labor Day Regatta.
