MARIENVILLE – Irene Valarie (Gifford) Zimmerman, age 88, of Marienville PA, passed away peacefully and surrounded by loving family on Wednesday, February 17, 2016, at her home in Marienville.

Irene and Ellsworth loved to travel and go camping together. They spent several winters in Florida and would enjoy some occasional golf while they were there. When Ellsworth would go fishing, she loved just being out on the boat with him. She loved many things and enjoyed life, but the most important aspect of her life was her family. She loved them all and looked forward to memory making occasions like holidays and family picnics.
