CLINTON COUNTY — The new school year got underway in the Keystone Central School District on Wednesday. At Central Mountain High School faculty representatives from the school’s “positive behavior team” welcomed back students arriving for the first day while inside Terri McKernan, a CTC para-professional, did her part to make the first day fun. And at Renovo Elementary principal Betsy Dickey was on hand as part of the welcoming team.
