Flags of Honor at Triangle Park
LOCK HAVEN – Triangle Park in downtown Lock Haven is honored this Memorial Day weekend to host “Flags of Honor,” a project from the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven, a fitting tribute to those who sacrificed for America. The project exemplifies American respect for those who have served our country. As noted in the project pamphlet:
